單爐單塔生產(chǎn)工業(yè)茶精餾流程介紹

已洗的萘油、洗油混合分在原料槽1中間接加熱至80~90°C,再靜置脫水,然后由原料泵2抽出送入管式爐3的第.一.組爐管中預(yù)熱至240~250°C,從第26層塔盤進(jìn)入精餾塔4,塔頂汽相溫度控制在199~201°C,塔頂逸出的氣體經(jīng)酚油冷凝冷卻器5冷凝冷卻后進(jìn)入油水分離器6,與水分離后的酚油進(jìn)入回流槽7,所得含酚10%以下,含萘35%以下的酚油從回流槽底部用酚油回流泵9進(jìn)行塔項(xiàng)回流。

除了以上操作指標(biāo)外,還要控制如下幾點(diǎn):

(1)在精餾塔操作中應(yīng)將溫度控制在199 ~201C, 使塔頂采出的酚油中含萘量保持在26%~30%。若塔頂溫度過低,則酚油含萘量可降至26%以下,這樣有可能導(dǎo)致工業(yè)萘質(zhì)量不合格;若塔頂溫度過高,則酚油含茶量將有可能上升,這樣有可能使工業(yè)萘的產(chǎn)量有所下降。塔頂溫度可用酚油的回流量來進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)
