該法工藝簡單,反應平穩(wěn)。缺點是所用催化劑在循環(huán)使用一定次數(shù)后,催化效率下降,反應時間延長甚至基本無催化活性,催化劑必須報廢更新,相應提高了單位產(chǎn)品催化劑耗量,也使葡萄糖酸鈉產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本提高。由于金屬催化劑具有一定的毒性,其產(chǎn)品通常不能作為食品添加劑由于食品生產(chǎn),因此,產(chǎn)品應用受到一定限制。
