精萘又名萘（精），白色易揮發(fā)晶體，有溫和芳香氣味，粗萘有煤焦油臭味，閃點80℃，熔點 80.1℃ 沸點217.9℃，不溶于水，溶于無水乙醇、醚、苯，密度比水重，性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，主要用于合成鄰苯二甲酸酐等。以往的衛(wèi)生球就是用萘制成的，但由于萘的毒性，現(xiàn)在衛(wèi)生球已經(jīng)禁止使用萘作為成分。

　　一是入場前認真檢查貨物包裝，確保無泄漏才允許入場；

　　Firstly, carefully inspect the packaging of the goods before entering to ensure there are no leaks before allowing entry;

　　二是嚴格控制火源，確保場區(qū)內(nèi)消除一切火源；

　　四是利用先進的紅外測溫系統(tǒng)對貨物進行溫度監(jiān)控。即使精萘在場地發(fā)生貨物泄漏也不必驚慌，值班安全員在場地巡檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似泄漏情況會立即報給控制中心，之后穿戴輕型防化服抵近偵查，確認泄漏情況后，調(diào)度員會安排正面吊將該集裝箱搬移至應(yīng)急處理區(qū)，啟動現(xiàn)場處置方案，一旦內(nèi)部有異常高溫，會啟用應(yīng)急噴槍進行持續(xù)降溫，待消防隊趕來后，與消防隊配合滅火，根據(jù)精萘的理化性質(zhì)，優(yōu)選干粉或二氧化碳滅火。通過以上措施的實施，我公司可以確保該貨物安全可控。
