1、中和法
1. Neutralization method
甲酸與熟石灰中和生成甲酸鈣,經精制而得商品甲酸鈣
Calcium formate is produced by neutralization of formic acid and hydrated lime and refined to produce commercial calcium formate
2、復分解法
2. Double decomposition method
甲酸鈉與硝酸鈣在催化劑存在下發(fā)生復分解反應得到甲酸鈣,聯產硝酸鈉。經過精制得到商品甲酸鈣。
Sodium formate reacts with calcium nitrate in the presence of catalyst to produce calcium formate and sodium nitrate. Commercial calcium formate was obtained by refining.

目前環(huán)氧脂肪酸甲酯生產發(fā)展較快,這個產品生產過程中會產生大量副產的甲酸,這種副產的甲酸一種利用方案就是生產甲酸鈣。
